“I went for my annual check up in early January. The visit went well. I did let the front desk know when I got there that I needed to be done within an hour of my appointment time because I also had to work. (At my previous visit, I waited for two hours.) I was seen quickly, and had a good checkup. The problem began with the follow-up. I have an ongoing problem, and I called Monday morning to ask if something different could be prescribed because what I had was not working. The nurse's message line stated calls would be returned no later than the next business day. Today is Wednesday. I called again this morning and told the receptionist I was still waiting for a call from Monday. She transferred me to the nurse's line. I left another message. This afternoon around 2:15 p.m., the receptionist called and said the doctor said I would need to be seen. I explained I had another appointment in about a month. She said she would call back -- and she did -- but offered me two different appointments -- one two weeks away and another one week away. I asked what I could get in the meantime, and also asked if I could talk to a nurse about the problem. She said she would ask. Nothing. Nada. No call from a nurse. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern I was shown for a problem that we discussed during my appointment.”
